De locatie was dichtbij mijn cursuslocatie, dat was praktisch. Maar het sleutelkastje hangt aan de achterzijde van het gebouw en ik heb 5 keer met de beheerder moeten bellen voor ik een duidelijk antwoord kreeg. 2x keer heeft hij gewoon opgehangen toen ik belde, hij was ongeduldig en niet vriendelijk.

Het was er echt smerig, ik heb nieuw beddengoed gekocht en schoonmaakmiddelen om zelf schoon te maken. Er stond met vette vingers 'GAY' op de TV geschreven, ondenkbaar dat een schoonmaker dat niet ziet. De vlekken in het beddengoed waren nog een indicator dat er echt niet goed schoon gemaakt was. De verwarming leek een timer te hebben, het werd maar moeilijk warm en de wifi was om te huilen. In de aanloop naar mijn verblijf ben ik 3 keer gebeld met het verzoek om mijn creditcard gegevens te delen, niet gedaan gelukkig maar vervolgens kreeg ik ook via Whatsapp een verzoek om betaalgegevens te verifiëren om mijn boeking te garanderen, zogenaamd van booking.com met al mijn gegevens, adres van accommodatie en mijn naam. Allemaal echt vervelend. Ik zou hier niet nog eens slapen en ik kan echt tegen een stootje, maar ik deel liever een kamer in een hostel dan dat ik hier nog eens naartoe ga.

DO NOT STAY HERE - Property confirmed and paid for and on the day of arrival the property manager made a wild assumption we booked it for a party which was not the case and decided they would not host us. This put us in a predicament as we had an event in Manchester and needed accommodation. We had to book elsewhere which cost us more money we didn’t have and further time spent on the phone to customers services trying to get my money back. Absolute hassle and disappointing as we are respectful guests and always leave places how we found it.

The cleanliness of sofa bed was awful very dirty that i couldn’t even sleep on it as i didn’t know what the fluid marks were on it. Pillows an inch thick very poor quality bedding in all. Previous customers had also written the word gay on the television in lipstick i think that you could still see. Radiator had some dirt all over the top. Place just needs a really good spring clean. Pub over the road played blaring music outside til 1.30am lots of drunk and very loud people outside shouting til 2am. was like staying on the strip in benidorm.

Well contained 1 bed apartment, has everything needed for a short break.

Directions to access the property need to be clearer, also a lot of road noise from the motorway. And I think people need to be made aware that it is directly next to the train station.

The property was fairly clean, comfortable .

The boiler was leaking and it wasn’t fixed when staying there, plaster fell from the window, flat shakes when train passes, loud area.

Nice place very affordable for a weekend stay, close to loads of places.
