Da localização, das comodidades e do espaço do alojamento, e com lugar de estacionamento privado, uma mais valia. O Sr. Dino, foi excecional e sempre pronto a ajudar. Aconselho.

A estrada é um pouco movimentada (normal para a época), mas não afetou de todo, a nossa estadia.

Le logement est à Ponta do Sol ce qui est bien situé pour faire toute l'ile. Il dispose d'un parking en sous sol sécurisé. Il a toutes les commodités, bien équipé, spacieux, confortable, vue sur la mer. Serviettes de toilettes et surtout de bain fournies ce qui est très pratique, lessive pour la machine à laver, dosettes cafés à notre arrivée, shampoing/gel douche .... L'hôte est vraiment très gentil et réactif, les petites attentions à notre arrivée sont très appréciables. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Nous avons un problème d'odeur dans une des salles de bain (remontée d'égoût) mais l'hôte est venu deux fois pour intervenir dès que nous l'avons alerté et des solutions sont en cours pour résoudre le problème donc les prochains locataires ne devraient pas avoir le même souci. Certaines personnes pourraient peut être trouver un peu bruyant car c'est devant la route mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé.

From the moment we stepped into the apartment, we were amazed by how thoughtfully equipped and welcoming everything was. You always hope your accommodation will have the basics, but this place went way beyond expectations. Imagine this: not one, not two, but three hair dryers! Two spotless bathrooms, each stocked with quality shampoos, shower gel, and all the essentials. We didn’t need to worry about a single thing—there were plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, washing liquids, even little things you usually have to go out and buy. It honestly felt like the hosts thought of everything we might possibly need, and already had it waiting for us. To make things even more special, we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of Madeira wine and plenty of coffee capsules, which made our mornings extra cozy and our evenings even more pleasant. With all of this provided, we didn’t even need to go shopping for basics—it was all already there. And speaking of the host—what a kind-hearted, generous person. They not only made us feel incredibly welcome, but even allowed us to use the underground parking space free of charge, which was a wonderful gesture and made our stay so much easier. The location of the apartment is perfect. From here, we could reach all the most famous spots in Madeira within a short drive. Whether you’re heading to the mountains, the ocean, or the charming towns—everything is easily accessible. I rarely say this, but I would return in a heartbeat. We give this apartment our highest recommendation—you’ll feel at home, cared for, and perfectly placed to explore the beauty of Madeira.

A bit noisy from the road, not really a bother when the windows are closed.

A good sized apartment and value for money. It was comfortable and well equipped. In a good location for accessing all parts of the island in a car. The beds were very comfortable. The television and Bluetooth speaker were good quality and easy to use. The washing machine was a plus. The underground garage and lift were very useful. The crockery was beautiful and top quality, a pleasure to use. The village of Ponta do Sol was delightful, it was reached through a tunnel so by car.

The road outside the apartment was very busy at times but didn’t keep us awake at night. However this was reflected in the competitive pricing of the apartment compared to others in the area.

It is actually a very noisy environment due to the close location of the main street. This wasn't known to me while booking. Otherwise, I wouldn't have chosen it.

Great location with ocean on doorstep and fantastic views from balcony and bedroom. Apartment very spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything you can think of, basically like your home even with underground garage. Big supermarket 2km away and three restaurants next to the apartment. Perfect base to explore island by car.

It is next to a busy road!!! Road noise can be irritating at times.
