Very bad.nothing was good.Their bed was making a lot of noise.they use very cheap 1 ply toilet paper its not good for our private part.

I am going to report that place, it is not suitable for accommodation for people, it a residential house, which is very dangerous and lying on line about the place, what they advertise is not true, I want my money back ASAP, I traveled so far from Kimberly to be accommodated at a pig style place. U do you see people, robbing us daylite

The rooms were clean and the bed were very comfortable

There was no water so it was difficult for toilet use.

Nothing matched the place I saw on the website, Firstly outside the place is dirty not even a sign showing guest house, the TV was not working, the place is very cold to heaters no electric blankets, the doors are not locking, there was no coffee or tea, the toilet is very small we battled to sit on. Fridge not working, like I never expirience something like that with bookings and we didn't know the place and we checked in late if it was possible the same night we wanted a refund 😕😭

Outside the yard is a mess we didn't feel safe, the doors where not locking, it was a disaster I really want my refund for all my bookings for that night or I'm sharing the information with social media since I have the real pictures of the place

Everything, the doors didn't lock, TV not working, no heater and the place was very cold even electric blankets where not there, there was no coffee ingridient like nothing was good there and I booked 3 bedrooms u can imagine the embarrassment to the family, in a can I get a refund because to me that was false advertisement 😭🤔😕

I didn’t even spend a single night in that place. The accommodation is completely different from what on those pictures. There’s no electricity and hot running water. I had to search for another safer place at night.
