DIRTY, NOT VALUE FOR MONEY AT ALL FOR WHAT IS CHARGED. BASIC AMENITIES NOT PROVIDED. BAD SMELL. TV, AC ALL PROBLEMATIC.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The bed was comfortable, AC and Fan were working and the room was clean. Most of all the staff was very kind and accommodating: they bought toilet paper just for me, provided me with free breakfast and opened the kitchen to cook lunch just for me. The property has a nice green inner yard and is located away from the street which made it feel very safe and calm.

The staff accidentally opened the wrong room at first. A single room option would be great!

Great hotel in Muzaffarpur. Nice and clean rooms, balcony, elevator. Large parking . Very quiet place in the noisy city. Food is good, there is room service. Polite and helpful staff. Good value for money.
