GBGBIt was a great property and they thought of things like, washing detergent, dishwasher tabs. Great location but wouldn’t return.
but there wasn’t any chalk for the wall which was half rubbed off when we arrived, the sheets were not clean (it had a tissue and a long hair located on them, they assured us they were clean but this obviously doesn’t really make sense), there were stains on the sheet that had the hair and tissue on it too which wasn’t great. There also wasn’t an apology about the sheets, just that we were incorrect and they will supply new ones the day we leave?
GBIt was a nice little apartment with everything you could need and the river view with the window seats was lovely. Overall very clean and well kept.
The dishwasher could have done with a deep clean, especially its filter but that's my only rather minor niggle.

MYThe design of the property is nice and the room seems to be clean.
But the living room does not seem to be well cleaned. We found one sock under the chair that does not belong to us. The sofa bed was not set up for me upon arrival, have to contact the property to check on the linens for the sofa bed. The linens stored under the sofa bed does not seem to be washed. The kitchen area was very dirty as well
GBBeautiful flat great location but tricky to work out where it was and keys but once done it once was fine
Cleaning could have been better, the carpet was grubby I guess because light grey they could do with lino in the living room. Big ball of hair in the babies cot and they need a new mattress protector was all stained when removed the sheets end of the stay. Just needed a deap clean then would have been perfect.

Pillows were weird and apartment was very hard to find in the dark and rain. Could be better sign posted.
GBGBFeels like a home away from home. I really enjoyed my stay here. Great location, 10 minute walk to the city centre. The apartment was very comfortable and safe. I would happily stay here again.
