LA ESCAPADA A LA PLAYA

Tot, l'apartament és molt bonic i molt ben decorat. Té tot el que es pot necessitar i més. Genial comptar amb plaça de parking i ascensor, i a primera línia de mar. El tracte amb la propietat i el lliurament de claus, també perfecte.

La ubicación era muy buena. En primera línea de playa aunque daba a un lateral. En él se encontraba de todo hasta el más mínimo detalle, como libros de lectura, juegos, objetos de decoración que hacen la estancia más acogedora y agradable, y, por supuesto, menaje completo y hasta servilletas de papel, papel cocina, los condimentos más habituales e incluso cápsulas de café. El edificio es del año 1985 pero el apartamento está reformado.

Al tratarse de una corta estancia con poco uso de la vivienda, tampoco aprecié nada significativo a criticar.

Private parking included. Very well equipped, it has dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, some toiletries… good location - right on the beach and about 15 min walk to the historical center. Wifi is okay. Shower is large enough. Helpful and nice staff. Large balcony with partial sea view. While I do appreciate all the positives, I cannot recommend to stay here as this was the worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had.

When we arrived, the parking was totally flooded, water almost up to the knees. we could not park and had to cross the water to get to the front door (i do realize this was a special case due to the heavy rain, but still…). After entering the apartment, the electricity was turned off, the water supply for washing machine was turned off. It was very cold, they only have these ancient looking heaters. The water heater was broken, it kept shutting down the electricity and we ended up with no hot water. They managed to replace it quickly. This apartment has a serious problem with electricity. Even after they exchanged the water heater, the electricity kept shutting down when we used two appliances at once. No air conditioning, must be hell during the summer. One large pillow on the double bed. Too expensive for what you get. Ugly plastic furniture on the balcony. Very thin walls.

La ubicación del apartamento, la terraza con las vistas, la comodidad de tener el parking en la misma puerta, que tiene ascensor y en general el apartamento era acogedor y con todas las cosas necesarias. La amabilidad de la persona que nos dio las llaves y su disponibilidad.

Para mi que soy un poco especial con las almohadas, eran algo duras y las prefiero individuales a tener un almohadón de una pieza. En cuanto a la limpieza hay aspectos mejorables sobre todo aspas de ventiladores y plantas ornamentales que tienen polvo acumulado en gran cantidad.
