Never even got to see the place. Paid for nothing

I was told the place is closed, when I arrived in Durban, that means I paid booking. Com for nothing, never got a refund of my money whence I didn't stay there,. Had to find another place to stay in Durban cz I was already there

Reservation was not honoured despite payment taken upfront

Left in the lurch as the reservation was not honoured. We had to find alternative accommodation at an extra cost and still out of pocket.

"Scam"

We paid on boikingd.com. tried calling the number given..no answer. Went there...place locked. Tried calling again and sent message. Got a reply that we must contact bookings.com as the property has been cllosed. Sent email to booking.com.no response. No refund

I would like a refund. Bookings.com should have known the property was no longer operational!

"There was no stay at all.the owner shut down the place"

This is a scam I never got to stay there . After numerous emails to booking.com I still dis get proper feedback.The owner informed me they no longer trading and he told booking.com long ago.Had to get other accomodation.Battling to get refund from booking.com.Never ever again your service is bad.I lost R500 stay away from booking.com

There was no accomodation at all. The owner of this property did not give me accomodation for the night.I was travelling for work.
