It was cheap

The sofa bed was not a sofa bed at all. Cheap and good for one night but the poor person sleeping on the “sofa bed” did not have a good Night sleep and the facilities were awful they didn’t even have salt and pepper

Very nice and cosy apartment. Close to the station ,shops and restaurants, quick contact with the owner. Good value of money. I can easily recommend that place for your stay in Manchester!

Very thin walls ,you could hear what the neighbours talking or doing.

Clean and spacious

Very poor sound insulation and right on top of the station. Room shook when trains went by and could hear every word the noisy guests in adjoining apartment were saying. Sparse facilities - no tea towel for the kitchen, no coffee and no shower gel. Even though this wasn't advertised, it made the place seem even more soul less.

The property was clean and spacious.

The property shook every time a train went by, and woke our kids. The living room was very uncomfortable with a hard leather bench type sofa and chair, and not enough space for 4 to sit down. We had multiple people try the front door during our stay, which felt unsafe.

Location was good.

We were unaware it was a basement flat.
