It's very close to Hoa Lu Ancient Town where there are lots of dining options and a lovely view at night. There are also ATMs across the road. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Great central location close to all things you need - pharmacy, winmart, atm Friendly staff Quiet alley away from main road Comfortable big bed Windows for fresh air Good wifi Rooms cleaned

Staircase is a bit noisy/echoey if people are talking No lift but not a big deal 15 minute motorbike ride to Tam Coc (not negative just a note)

Location is very near to places of attraction which make it convenient for travellors. The owner is very helpful and organised the itinery well. Good planned tour despite change along the way tosuit the tight time frame. The food prepared for our tour is very delicious. Well taken care of for vegetarian like my family.

It would be better if the hotel can build in lift although it is a 3-storey building and heating function for airconditioner especially for cold weather like winter season.

Lovely modern, clean family run hotel. The host is so helpful and really nice. Close to old quarter, pedestrian street, and easy to find the nice restaurant near by. Highly recommend for your stay in Ninh Binh

It was relatively close to the lake, walkable. Room size was not bad, cleanliness was passable.

No lift available, so be prepared to carry your luggage. Located in a rather dark, hidden corner. There's a jacuzzi bathtub with a pull out shower, but the water that came out was lukewarm at best.

Clean, friendly and quiet accommodation It was very convenient as it was close to National Route 1 and major buses pass through it.

The swing chair in the room is very inconvenient to use.
