Everything!! Ling met us and from the start was absolutely the best help. Rooms are super comfy. Great breakfast thrown in too. Around the corner from the best Banh Mi you'll eat in Nam hands down!! If you're in Ninh Binh stay here.

It was Wonderful! The simple welcome and the very best beds in all of Vietnam! An excellent breakfasy too, all included! Hot water immediately available, quality towels and linens, a very comfirtable stay with a very warm welcome too!

It was all Msrvelous!

clean and well presented rooms for the cost the owner was very helpful arranging transport interesting breakfasts individually cooked

it takes a little time to research nearby food options. with effort there are some good value places.

amazing, cosy hotel, everything was clean and there was even a heater in the shower, the staff is super kind and breakfast simple but very tasty

"Very good hotel to stay in ninh binh"

Room clean and very comfortable. Also the location is very good. Nearby the city temple and coffee shops. Linh was always super helpful. She also help me finding a good transport to the Hanoi airport.thank you!

"Great choice for Ninh Binh"

Convenient location. Safe parking for motorcycles. Well appointed room: great bed, WiFi very strong & reliable, AC worked great, solid shower. Staff were phenomenal.
