Blossom Lodge - Detached bungalow near Kings Lynn

Great space to use as a full house was available with 3 bedrooms. Fully furnished and great to have as a base while travelling around Norfolk.

The heating failed several times, and we were able to use electric heaters. The heating was fixed the day before we left. Our host did all she could as this occurred over a long weekend.

Drive to park in, easy to find, modern Good outdoor space for dogs

This is really not suitable for 6 adults- 2 x small basic sofas No arm chair or footstool. 1 of the doubles is a small double bed No welcome pack or instructions for anything Hot water pressure is a complete joke - we were told it was due to Anglian water but cold was fine so not sure this made sense? Bedding is all man made, would prefer natural fibres but I guess it’s personal choice. Also no spare blankets The oven was so Smokey the whole house stank of food whenever we used it Not even a pint of milk left for us - no hospitality touches Crockery, cooker and bathroom all a bit grubby No curtains in kitchen. In December a bit chilly I think the name of property and pics online suggest something slightly different to a small bungalow on the edge of an estate.

The cottage was exactly what we had hoped for: very clean, beautifully appointed, warm and perfectly situated for our 2 day visit to the area. The hosts were also first class and responded promptly when we needed to query something.

Loved the cleanliness and feeling of space .

No lamps in the lounge, it can make it feel more cosy on an evening in . Hooks on the bathroom and bedroom doors for dressing gowns and pyjamas would be a plus.
