The location is excellent, close to the beaches and the bus stop. A big plus is the presence of a terrace, albeit a very worn-out one.

Everything is very "tired". There is absolutely nothing in the kitchen (not even salt), so I had to buy everything and leave it there. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and squeaks, and the mattress is terrible. The support service doesn't answer questions and doesn't provide much assistance. The washing machine is leaking, and the furniture on the terrace is dirty and partially broken. These apartments could have been sold for a much higher price if the owner had made a few improvements or repairs. It would have been better for the owner to live in the apartment instead of making it a kitchen that is rarely used.

Good location, outside of the building is beautiful. Parking under the pines in front of the house.

This was the most expensive apartment we had in Sardinia (price per night), but I have no idea what we paid so much for. The inside of the house was neglected. Mold on the walls and in the shower, ugly kitchen, dirty sofa that you are afraid to sit on and when you sit down, a mountain of dust rises up your nose. Falling plaster. The toilet flush does not work at all - the water does not stay in the tank and flows continuously - terrible to go to the toilet that is full from the previous visitor... The basement of the building probably has permanent tenants and the mess in the yard, when you look from the terrace, resembles a homeless camp. The nearby beach is below average for Sardinia. I would never go back there.

Tengerparti szállás, nagyon közel a parthoz. A tetőteraszról csodálatos a panoráma a tengerre.

Öten voltunk. A kanapé ágy két embernek nem volt elfogadható. Illetve a matracok nagyon hangosak voltak forduláskor az egy és kétszemélyes ágyon egyaránt. Szóval, érdemes lenne a matracokat és a kanapé ágyat kicserélni, hiszen az alvás elég fontos nyaraláskor is. Mi csak 2 éjszakát töltöttünk itt, de hosszabb időre ez bosszantó lett volna.

Appartamento spazioso e silenzioso. Vicino al mare e a bar, ristoranti e supermercato.

Arredamento essenziale. Mancano punti luce e scarico wc poco funzionante.

Excellent location, clean and comfy property for longer stays. Great communication with the host.

The rubbish management system. There are a few things that need to be added to the kitchen for better experience

Location good, close to beach, restaurant and bus stop. House adequate to the price. Clean.

Smell of mould especially in small room, beds not comfortable, toilet flush not working well.

Location is good, there is parking available and the thermal isolation of the apartment is very good.

The conservation of the property is not nice and some staffs is broken (coffee maker)
