The location was really good. Property was well presented and had everything you could want or need. The beds were comfortable and it is a quiet location for sleeping. The toiletries in the bathroom were unexpected and lovely. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There was a hot tub which we didn’t utilise but it looked nice. Lovely that a dog bed, crate and bowls were provided and that the property has a front and rear garden which is secure for the dog. Small details have been thought about such as plastic glasses to take in the hot tub, and there was plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen essentials available.

There were quite a lot of cellar spiders and cobwebs around, particularly in the lounge under the stairs. I guess this is due to the age of the property however they stayed in their webs and didn’t bother anyone.

Lovely enclosed gardens, safe for dogs. Hot tub is fab. Very nice décor throughout, especially the kitchen and living room. Well equipped kitchen, everything you need. Friendly host, very accommodating

A lamp in the living room for more subdued lighting options. Road can be noisy if you have the windows open

Lovely and cozy especially as the weather was cold outside.

Just a few issues…. Dishes had been put away dirty but possible it was people before but should be checked. En-suite was tiny and the shower was mouldy in corners. A bit of astonish left and then rinsed would solve this.
