proximity with the parc, decoration, everything was great

Everything was pretty, my niece loved it and was really happy, thank you.

No cons for my experience.

Location was great for a Harry Potter studios visit and connections to the rail strain. The house was warm and cosy. The Harry potter theme decor and bathroom and kitchen were great.

Needed a tea towel in the kitchen and some oven mitts. There was some noise from the movement upstairs at times. The lounge room sofa beds weren't the most comfortable for adults but more than adequate for kids.

The decor is very good, especially if you are there for the Harry Potter studios. Unless you hire a car there is little around the area within walking distance. The sofa beds are terrible and not at all comfortable. they are like lying on concrete. I ended up in beside the two girls in the double bed. I wasn't aware there are 3 apartments there. First night was fine. Second night the girls upstairs banged and laughed to the small hours. Sent a message to the number on booking.com to sort got no reply. Shower is good. They left toilet roll Amenities should be updated I didn't realise we would have towels and ironing board and hairdryer This would be good to know for those travelling with hand luggage If the sofa beds were changed it would be super. Easy check in. Cassiobury park is good within driving distance. Head in to Watford for a spot of bowling cinema amusements. We even did glow in one golf. Just a few ideas The cooking facilities are great Shame about the beds

Harry potter themed was amazing. Clean spotless and nice easy shelf check In. Would definitely recommend for small family going to harry potter studios . Would 💯 stay again

It was such a lovely experience for any Harry Potter fan. The place is riddled with fun memorabilia, its location for the tour is fantastic, and it is very clean and warm

The beds could be a little comfier.

This place was exactly as advertised and we really enjoyed staying here. It’s perfect for anyone interested in Harry Potter theme stay. We visited for the purpose of Harry Potter tour, so this place added to our experience.
