"Unable to sleep early and leaving the next morning by 4am meant that we could not sleep at all."

Just the response from the young person at the reception.

The room had just layer of curtain while being close to the road so getting undressed means you had to close the curtains completely. It was a saturday night stay and the music downstairs continued until early hours of sunday. For the money being charged that was very unfair.
