The volume & noise of traffic all through the night, traffic lights and pedestrian cross right outside the windows. Cobwebs covered ceiling. Extra large double bed was 2 single beds pushed together and the duvet wasn't big enough to go right across the 'bed'

Room very comfortable, clean and warm

No hot water in the morning for a shower. when we rang they sorted it.

Heating wasn’t working & owner wrote down card details on checking (for damages) on piece of paper that is left in a folder behind a bar counter. Felt very uncomfortable about this.
