Brummer House - Living The Breede

Nice location

1st floor rooms were extremely hot on first day and was unbearable.

The house and area outside was clean it was very comfortable even with loadshedding

I loved the serenity and the calmness

Firstly, position, position, position. It is ideally situated on the river bank of the Breede Rivier. The private jetty also gave us a undeal place for fishing. We also swam in the river around this Jetty. The house is very spacious and accomodate our family in comfort. We even played bowls on the lawn!

This house is not equipped with a Dishwasher, and this caused some distress over the peak season due to cleaning staff running short and some getting unexpectedly sick. The one thing we do not want to do on holidays are dishwashing!

Awesome house, very well stocked kitchen and braai facilities. Stunning location on the river, absolutely perfect for a weekend away with a group of friends. Very good value for money too

Some of the taps/furniture/showers could do with a little love. They are still functional ad OK, but they could do with some maintenance.
