"Gute Lage, sauber, gut ausgestattet"

Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles vorhanden, sauber!

Das 2. Schlafzimmer neben Garage geht noch, das Bad mit Waschbecken ist sehr klein!

Incredibly central. Hosts were superb and accommodating. The home was beautiful, cosy & instructions during our stay was very clear.

It was super warm but we adjusted very quickly and the host gave instructions on how to cool the house down.

"Lovely apartment close to the waterfront in Auckland"

This was a very convenient apartment that was close to everything as advertised. We had a lovely stay and walked to the waterfront area, ferry terminal, Sky Tower and even over to Univ of Auckland campus.

"A short stroll to everything"

The location is superb. Balcony for enjoying meals, comfortable settee and chairs. Washing machine and clothes airer. Communication with the host was excellent, she even recommended restaurants and cafes in the area.

The only room that had a reverse cycle air conditioner was the living/lounge/kitchen area up the first flight of stairs. The bedroom on the ground floor in front of the garage was hot and that bathroom/shower was very small. The 2 bedrooms up another flight of stars from the living/lounge/kitchen area were very hot and there was only one pedestal fan in the main bedroom which did not assuage the heat. The share bathroom on the top floor was a good size.
