Su ubicación, muy céntrico de todo

Faltaban cucharas pequeñas, sólo había una y algunos platos estaban sucios. Antes del llegar al apartamento fue imposible comunicarme con la empresa que lleva los apartamentos, el día para hacer el check in mandan un tlf de contacto y es complicado comunicarse, de cuatro llamadas cogieron una.

Appartamento come in foto, molto bello e moderno e in una posizione super strategica al centro di Madrid

Check in impossibile, siamo entrati in casa grazie all’aiuto delle vicine che sono state gentilissime a guidarci nel dove trovare le chiavi.

La localización, acceso al piso y en general el piso es cómodo.

La zona de la ducha tiene una filtración que cuando uno se baña luego se empieza a mojar el piso del baño. La secadora no logré que funcionara. En general había como un ligero olor a cloacas en el baño, que se sentía cuando uno entraba al baño.

Sicuramente la posizione centrale x raggiungere tutta la città di Madrid a piedi

Hanno ritardato il check in di 2 ore rispetto all orario indicato bella prenotazione. Gli asciugali erano x 2 ospiti, mentre noi eravamo in 3. Abbiamo richiesto un set asciugamani, ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto alcuna risposta. Carta igienica non sufficiente x tre persone, x la durata del pernottamento. Il divano letto era vecchio e malconcio.

"I couldn't access the apartment and had to find alternative accommodation due to inefficient help"

The communication before my trip was poor: I waited days for a reply to my messages, and no one was answering the provided phone number. Check-in instructions were sent to me on the very last day. In the end, I was not even able to enter the apartment: the digital key in the online app was opening another apartment (not mine), I waited for an hour for the property to respond to my calls and messages, and as they could not resolve the access to my apartment remotely, nor send anyone to bring me a physical key, I had to find another accommodation (it was 11pm on a Saturday). I cannot evaluate the facilities, but the communication and the client service was awful (the lady on the phone did try to help, but it was all very inefficient).

L’incubo più grande della mia vita in una struttura: staff assente, acqua fredda, phon rotto, sporcizia ovunque. non ho mai lasciato una recensione negativa ma meglio dormire sotto i ponti che in un tugurio del genere. FATEVI UN REGALO E SCAPPATE.
