Oasis studio in the Heart of the City

Great location. Apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. Hosts quick to respond and helpful.

Convenient location to visit family, close to the shops and sea

Everything was ok apart from a tea towel maybe.

It’s nice and cozy. Lovely little studio. It’s very central to everything you need. The host was amazing and very quick to respond to any questions. Definitely will be back and will recommend to family and friends. There’s no parking right outside the property, but there is a permit to park nearby, I would say it’s a 5min walk to the car park.

O.k. so would we call this place an Oasis in the Heart of the City? Probably not. However, it did tick a lot off our rather unrealistic Brighton accommodation checklist. Cheap! Central Brighton, Bills & Parking included and available for several weeks. We were either going to have to do some serious compromising on what we were looking for, or pay a lot more for what we were after. This lower ground floor flat was easy to find, check-in was super easy with the keys and parking permit left in a secure lock box. Paid via an app to park outside the flat, whilst moving in and out. Yes it is expensive, but that's Brighton for you... Amazingly the hosts provided a parking permit for a small nearby car park, which we were able to use for the duration of our stay, without any issues. There are several flats in this building, with residents coming and going at various hours. Not the fault of the hosts, but I would suggest earplugs if you want a restful sleep. The bathroom is definitely compact..but it is functional. The heated mirror was handy, towel rail is lovely, but take care it gets very hot! The hosts managed to strike a good balance between before responsive to any questions or issues, but without intruding on our stay. Finally there are oodles of lovely pubs, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance, for you to try out.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a modern studio in Brighton. The location was superb, just a short stroll from the beach and plenty of restaurants. The studio itself was immaculately presented and fully equipped with all the amenities one could need, including a well-appointed kitchen that Fresh towels were provided, adding to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. Accessing the studio was straightforward, and the host was incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you !!!

Cosy and really close to everything.

It I'd not accessible for wheelchairs and is not soundproof.

Wow what a great location, close enough to both the beach and the brighton laines if you don't mind a stroll. Also being able to cook our own meals from time to time was a bonus. Customer service was outstanding couldn't have been more helpful ! Would definitely book again.

The bed is super comfy! Great location

People from other flats kept ringing our buzzer, but that’s not the property owners fault.
