Taking a two-day class at Shasta College allowed me little time, but the bed was very comfortable and a pleasure to wake up from. The location served me well with proximity to both the college and services.

I wish I had someone to enjoy the experience with.

The garden is super pretty. The room is comfy and bathroom is cute, the even have diffuser and essential oil. The host organize their property pretty well. I definitely will stay there again if i visit Redding.

Very quiet and serene. Very nice, both inside and outdoors. Excellent communication, including the details needed for our stay. Cost was quite reasonable. Lots of amenities, such as a blow dryer, a microwave, Wi-Fi, and a couple of games.

The bottom sheet on the bed kept wanting to move and slightly noisy, which made it kind of annoying when shifting or rolling over. I suppose that there was something underneath it in order to protect the mattress, but maybe there might be a better solution that could be used instead. I don't know. This was the only thing that we didn't like. Everything else was great!

It was perfect for my quick overnight trip to Redding! The outside space was very Peaceful😊

I liked everything about this sweet little place. I would suggest a Keurig coffee maker.

Everything. Kim was so kind and welcoming and absolutely gave me complete privacy at the same time. The place was so spotless and clean. The view and yard is beautiful. What a jem in Redding!

I did notice the strong smell of the cleaning products stayed on my clothes...maybe the laundry detergent. I'm just not used to product that have sent. But honestly preferred the spotlessness and a scent than the opp. So totally minor observation. The place was Immaculate and clean - so this is barely a criticism. Mores so an observation. Really loved the place!
