لقد زرت اكثر المنتجعات في انطاليا بصراحة هذا من المنتجعات الاقل مستوى مقارنة مع البقية حيث كان صغيرا و الاجواء ليس بمستوى منتجع 4 نجوم

كل شي كان سئ مقارنة مع بقية الفنادق التي زرتها من قبل . الاكل مكرر و يفقد اللذة . الحدائق صغيرة جدا . الفرقة الليلية من اسوأ مايكون . بصراحة لن اعيد التجربة نهائيا وشعرنا بالملل في الفندق بحيث تركنا الفندق وقمنا بالتجوال في المنطقة المحيطة بالفندق . ولايوجد دلال للزبون بهذا الفندق . لا انصح به نهائيا

Das Hotel war super. Das Personal total nett, auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Sehr sauber und gepflegt überall. Das Essen top, herrvoragendes Buffet und rund um die Uhr frisches Essen.

Leider hatten wir als Paar mit kleinkind ein sehr kleines Zimmer. Man hatte nicht viel Platz sich zu bewegen. Das schon sehr kleine Zimmer wurde noch enger mit dem Kinderbett. Dieses Zimmer in der Parkvilla empfehlen wir nur für Paare. Familien sollten sich ein Zimmer im Hotelkomplex gönnen.

Excellent food. Some waiters were very polite and helpful. Very professional. The maid (Emine) was wonderful.

Our balcony was facing a very busy & noisy street. Outdated air conditioner. There was no hot water for several hours one day. The beach wasn’t very good - too crowded. There were hidden sharp rocks in the sea.

Such a nice hotel, with everything you can possibly need. - very nice staff, for example we arrived 15 minutes before restaurant closure and the reception clerk himself suggsted for us to have some food before checking in. - Food was delicious, with a lot of choice and sometimes some extra showfood (like freshly made sushi or dessert). - Nice, clean rooms. We stayed in the family rooms which had a seperate bedroom (Villa park). It was in a seperate area which was more quiet and had a small restaurant on site, but therefore a bit of a walk to the main hotel area. - Kids entertainment was brilliant, especially because of the staff and all the nice things they arrange for the children. With the play area and mostly safe kids pool we could actually have a holiday feeling despite having small kids ;-) - Nice and good quality hammam

- Arcade was very overpriced - Laundry service was very overpriced - Indoor pool was not heated and was too cold voor very young children - quality of evening shows was very random, sometimes very good with semi-professional dancers and sometimes very cheesy

Umbrella over entire beach

Booked 2 rooms for myself and my parents, paid 6000 euro. First night, they forced us into the same room despite my protests and refused to compensate in any way.

The animation team and the activities are excellent Food variety, meals time and locations are excellent too Basma from the reception team was so supportive at the check-in and check-out A lot of games and activities for the kids

Minor comments (not major for me) to set up the expectations of the other visitors and for the hotel to improve: Long check-in time Facility is a bit old A/Cs are fine but not in a perfect condition No iron in the rooms (I understand for safety reasons) but you still need to iron your clothes! Tiles at the pool are not safe (slippery)

Near side and close enough to tourist spots such as land of legends

The food options for buffet were limited to only one main restaurant. The patisserie did not offer enough hot selection. The pools were all freezing cold, including the children's areas which made it difficult for my child to enjoy. The night evening entertainment shows were not always family friendly, for example 'Queen of the night' - asking female visitors to do their most sexy pose and walk. I think better entertainment could be provided. And not enough mocktail options for those who do not drink. The hotel also does not provide an iron but you have to pay additional for the laundry service.
