Nothing.

Cold water , bed was very uncomfortable, the bed sheets had grease stains in them. Definitely a HMO as there are a lot of families staying here.

Was left stood outside for nearly an hour none of the phone numbers work wasn't given thw code to get in,no instructions staff where rude place was scruffy paper peeling off the walls dated dirty broken things all around holes in while lamps glued together an absolute dive!!! Disgusting if I could ask for my money back i would,I'd of never of taken kids there if I knew it is NOT famiky room!
