Riad Tzizwit Boutique Hotel & SPA

Me and my family recently stayed in tzizwit , and we cannot say enough good things about my experience, especially thanks to the incredible host, Khalid. From the moment I arrived, Khalid went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. He was always available, incredibly friendly, and made me feel right at home.Khalid’s attention to detail and willingness to help with anything I needed truly set this stay apart from any other. Whether it was, simply engaging in pleasant conversation, Khalid was simply amazing.I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in Morocco where you’ll feel welcomed and cared for. Khalid made this trip unforgettable, and I can’t thank him enough for his hospitality. He truly is an awesome host, and I’m so grateful for the experience. Lovely property in a typically Moroccan style. Spotlessly clean.. you could see the Kitchen and chief and great hygiene standard observed..Lovely tasty Tagines served for dinner and healthy cold breakfast served on the roof top restaurant… crisp bedding/towels changed regularly.. all staff friendly and helpful. A hidden gem is next door for a relaxing drink .. Pergola Jazz bar..

The property was traditionally decorated with a European flare. It felt quite modern, even though it was tucked away in the old part of town. The location was ideal. It was one street away from the market and just a short walk away from the town Square, which is festive and bustling with vendors, performers, juice, bars, restaurants, and and other entertainment through the night. The spa was amazing and it was a treat to have a relaxing, very professional massage – I got a deep version – just a few steps away from our room. The facility was extremely clean, and although it has a small footprint – each level has its own bit of magic and was very comfortable. But the best part of our stay was the incredibly attentive and caring staff. For the one night we were there they went above very well, taken care of when they transport us, handled all of our high maintenance issues with Grace, humor, and care.

The only thing we did not like was really not the fault of the property. It was extremely hot and it does take a while for the small air conditioner to cool the room. Also the power went in and out. Again, not the property’s fault. Comment we had was kind of funny. The mirrors in the bathroom and the main area and the shower were all made for very tall people. We had to stand on stools just to see ourselves and could not reach the shower so water kind of sprayed everywhere. Other than that everything was wonderful!

The Riad itself is a bit hidden, which is good since you get some peace and quietness from the buzzling market. The owners and staff are super friendly, extremely helpful (even with small things) and always up for a fun small chat. Beautiful Riad itself and always very clean and everything is nicely arranged so you really feel at home. The staff is eager to help with advice on what to do and can arrange tours, etc. super quickly at a really good price. Beautiful terrace on which a typical local breakfast is served. The staff even guided us from and to the taxi pickup point and gave us a to-go breakfast when we had to leave in the middle of the night to go to the airport. I have stayed in many hotels (small, large, cheap, expensive, etc.), but this is hands down the best place I have ever stayed at in every aspect - they deserve the praise :)
