Xkan Hotel Boutique - Adults Only

Small property with very attentive staff from start to finish.

Best location for a stay in Veracruz, with an excellent restaurant next to the hotel. The rooms, design, staff, daily breakfast and the view from the pool area onto the sea is amazing. A perfect getaway hotel !

One day we were unlucky with a group of Mexican people who were being very loud at the pool area. It was certainly not a group of people you would expect at a Boutique Hotel.

Nice setup and view

I got very ill from drinking there purified water in my room halfway thru my stay a noticed small bugs in the water the next day. When I got back to the U. S. A. Had to go to urgent care care and got 2 scripts that I took for a week to cure, told them how I got sick when checking out and they haven’t even inquired to see if I was ok or offered any compensation to make up for there negligence in sanitary and hygiene to a customer. But if I didn’t get ill they would have gotten an excellent review for most of everything while staying there

I loved everything about the property. The beds were super comfortable plenty of pillows (6) just like at home we booked the balcony room. It was superb. We had room number 10 the lobby staff of Xenia and Juan were exceptional down to the waiters Alejandro & Eduardo for our morning breakfast and snacks on the beach to the cleaning ladies Victoria and Sara.

There is nothing I didnt like with 16 rooms the first few days we were the only guest there as the week went on more guest showed up. The beach in front water is warm , Sandy beach no rocks.
