The room is in 5th floor, can see the beach. Room is clean, toilet has shampoo, conditioner,bath cream, shower cap, cotton bud, hair dryer. bath tub. Water heater doesnot work well, rarely has warm water come out. Wifi is strong. two key cards given. all good.

"Overall, the staff were pleasant and that is the only nice thing I can say."

The check in staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had a nice location.

The rooms were not as described - not the cleanest and out dated. During the night, an uninvited "employee" (person was wearing a hotel shirt) entered my room uninvited using a master keycard. From that point on, I did not feel that my family was safe, and left the next day and found a new hotel.

Location is very convenient. The resort locates on the quiet location.

Water pressure is very low. The balcony need to be cleaned. Lots of detail neednto touch up.
