I like the location

The attitude of the staff member in the restaurant when I asked him regarding the gluten free menu and he was no help at all. We had to leave the restaurant as there was no choice for me, he said "nothing I can do about the menu".... such an unacceptable response... My husband were extremely disappointed in his attitude.. I am sure he could have spoken to the chef and they would have provide an option.... It would make me not want to return to the hotel.. We did not go for breakfast the next morning due to the attitude of the staff member. Plus the size of the TV in the room was very disappointing... Last time we stayed we had a beautiful room that had been freshly carpeted and absolutey gorgeous.. This time we had room 101 right next to the lift which is extremely noisey from very early in the morning.. I have to say I was quite disappointed with this stay.
