Fox Lodge with Hot Tub

Very nice location, very clean well equiped cabin

Very comfortable and high standard accommodation. Lovely view. Centrally situated for travel around Fife. Relaxing hot tub. We didn’t use the laundrette or associated facilities but they looked good.

Lack of storage places if staying for more than a couple of days. No plug sockets in living/dining area (just two in the kitchen for the kettle and toaster)

I think the check in/out times should be reviewed as if you are only staying 1 night you are only able to be there from 4pm until 10am (18hours) - unless you pay extra

It was such a great setup, too wake up too the view every morning made it even better.

Beautiful view, nice comfy bed, hot tub was great. Our dog appreciated the dog biscuits on arrival. Lovely beaches all nearby. Lovely remote location. Has the potential to be fabulous but just lacking in the luxury touches for us.

No dvd as advertised. When I messaged the host they said there wasn’t one but the tv was a smart tv. Sadly the Wi-Fi was non existent so couldn’t operate the smart tv. I understand this is a working farm but gun shots on farm or detonators going off terrified our dog who then wouldn’t leave the lodge to go out on walks round the location. A parasol would be good for the outside and a small table in the living area. The late checkin of 4pm and early check out of 10am was a bit disappointing as it takes off so much of your stay.
