Here’s a cleaner, more polished version: The sauna was broken, and the robe in the wellness area was covered in dirty yellow dust. The infrared sauna was not turned on, even after we requested it. Additionally, the room was extremely noisy — we could hear the kitchen staff cooking, music playing, and people talking and shouting. I woke up multiple times during the night due to the noise. Also the room was quite tiny. Especially the toilet and the shower. Extremely tiny.
