Country Cottage Annex (The Cwtch)

Message instructions made finding the house easy and key lock simple to access. Lovely touches to make the rooms homely plus milk (both fresh and longlife), and other kitchen basics provided. Babs knocked when she was home and told us how to get hold of her if needed anything…we didn’t 😊A short but really restful stay and a perfect location for what we were doing.

So minor but moving the shelf above the bathroom sink to the side would be really helpful

Fabulous place, had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend. Host made us feel very welcome and was super friendly. If we are in that area again we will definitely book to stop here.

The property was brilliant and absolutely everything we needed for our stay was catered for. The Cwtch is such a lovely place and Babs was so accommodating of anything we needed, especially for our 5 month old. After a long day out, coming back to The Cwtch felt a real treat! I’d highly recommend staying if you’re exploring the beautiful surroundings or staying for Green Man Festival like we were.

Very clean and Welsh cake, milk, tea and coffee were available on arrival. In a wonderful setting, and easy parking.

There were two bedrooms but you had to walk through the one bedroom to access the other bedroom and the bathroom. OK for a family with young children, but teenagers or two couples may find this awkward.

Beautiful property, lot of care and attention to detail, very homely, comfortable, clean and great location to explore the Brecon Beacons, Barbara made a great effort to ensure our stay was the best it could be, returning next year!

Very friendly and helpful host. Property spacious and very clean . Nice touches such as complimentary home made Welsh cakes and fresh milk and ice cubes in the fridge.

Difficult to find using Sat Nav .

The cottage is very spacious, there's loads of room for 3 or 4 people. The kitchen is well-equipped, and Barbara was very very friendly!

The bathroom is super small, and the shower is missing a shower curtain or some other form of partition, which made showering a bit complicated. The kitchen was missing frying pans for some reason.

Lovely property, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Babs was very welcoming and friendly. Lovely extra touches - Welsh cakes, biscuits, milk in the fridge, toiletries in the bathroom.
