Not the most salubrious location but not a problem for our group as we just needed somewhere comfortable and welcoming to stay after a long journey and that's exactly what we got.
GBGBThe location was private, convenient and peaceful. Plenty of towels, Games for kids and other facilities were very useful. Kitchen has everything needed. Locals are so kind !!!
Some places needed a little more cleaning but overall was ok.

AUThe space we had as a large group. The amenities available
They had an issue with one of the toilets, so it had a smell and damp floors in adjoining bedroom. We did not use this room.
HKThe host is very responsive. The house is clean, beds are comfortable. It's situated between Glasgow and Edinburgh and hence good for commuting to both cities.
It would be nice if toiletries could be provided. There is a coop in 20 mins walk.
GBGBBedding was very excellent.
No tea or milk.
