Crystal hotel by Ha My

Very nice and helpful stuff at the front desk and the cleaning ladies were very good. Good location with easy to walk to restaurants.

Before I booked, I was not aware that there was no window in that particular hotel room

Amazing stay!! Location is fantastic, lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the beach. Room was great, pool was also good! Wifi was fantastic and shower worked well. Laundry service was also very good. I have to give a huge thanks to all the receptionists, everytime we spoke to them, they were so lovely and attentive.

First night the electricity cut off at midnight until it was fixed, Staff suggested me to sleep in a friends room for the time being instead of offering a new room to accommodate that late night Late on laundry staff told me 3 different times clothes were ready to be picked up, it was not ready until the day after when I checked out. Misleading and confusing There was construction near by so can be heard from the rooms
