Good and friendly staff

Location was bad. The pics given are not appropriate. The property is literally in between buildings but the pics show such that it’s an isolated building. No proper parking area but the listing claims free parking. The room I stayed had its electrical socket fallen apart, no bath mat. Rooms have no fan no AC.

When we arrived at the hotel I was shocked to hear that no room is available and it was not booked at all. I had to struggle to get alternate room after arriving in some other hotel & paid a bomb inspite of booking in advance and paid part booking money. I will file a case in consumer court if booking.com does not refund my money.

The rooms are not clean and has bad smell and few rooms are very old

Rooms were not clean,washroom was smelling ,and basic amenities were also not provided. Not value for money,they have 400 rupees for breakfast and given only 1 option that is plain dosa.

Never recommend Fabhotels. Booking.com clearly says extra bed is complimentary for children under 8 years. But the hotel charged me for extra bed saying their booking from fabhotels is only for 2 adults. My booking.com booking is 2 adults + 1 child. Linen on the extra bed is very dirty. We noticed it only on our departure morning. Hot water only during limited hours. Heater in the room costs you extra. Second day morning, the reception person collected our key saying that they want to clean the room. When we came back in the evening around 7 PM, the room was not cleaned and they were blaming each other between two staffs.
