"Horrible attitude of staff. If you want piece of mind, avoid this place."

Room seemed spacious for 2. Bathroom was fine. Hot water, although for limited hours from 7am to 10am and 7pm and 10pm, was a good facility in cold Ooty weather.

Staff's attitude, dirty sheets, no towels provided at check in. No proper parking space. Staff's car takes up all the good spaces, I had to park in a shady hilly area opposite the property.
