The place is very close to the airport and very quiet environment. The owner is very friendly and helpful. You will feel like home with all facilities you have in the apartment like in star rated hotel rooms. I’ll highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay close to the airport while you are traveling in Morocco.

Close to the airport, so it was a good place to stay when we arrived at night. Got the keys from a lockbox. Nice modern apartment.

Cutlery and dishes were not clean and it was hard to wash them, because the sponge was really dirty. So I would suggest to invest in a new sponge ;) The area is under development and you can find nice cafes for breakfast nearby, but between the new buildings there's trash flying around and intensive construction happening. It's not a bad thing, just something to be aware of.
