The location was excellent.

The cottage was outdated in comparison to the price. The cabinets (bathrooms and kitchen) could use some updating, entire place could use an inexpensive paint job, decent shower heads, and things in the kitchen could be better organized. For instance, there were three toasters, and three coffee pots...in three separate places. Pots and pans were mixed up with bowls, aluminum foil boxes were in several places, etc...it appears guests who don't want to take items with them are leaving things behind. That's very nice, but it causes the cabinets to be full of clutter.
