Great location- clean and spacious

Extremely difficult to access the building. There was no indication that I needed to have two computers to do a security top securite code and id to enter. Joe helped VIA phone as "booking.com" failed. I had reentry issue, I just stood outside and waiting for others to let me in. There were no blankets for the bed(s), so I had to turn the heat up. Most of the over head lights in the kitchen are out. Lot of damage was found and sent to Joe. Joe did help, did a fantastic job. The place was clean. and delivered in other asspects.

Inability to gain entry. No directional signs on the floors.

Location was ok. 15 min walk to train station

Main elevator was not working There was no smart key and I needed to go to another floor to look for the key The blind of the main bedroom was broken and you could see from outside the bedroom And the most annoying thing on top of this privacy issue was that the owner was supposed to return the security deposit after 8-14 days (which is a long time to get money back) and money was not return even after 3 weeks. I needed to write Booking and complained and opened a dispute with my bank to get my security deposit back! I hope all these things can improve.

The area was absolutely great once I found it. It’s definitely not called the Manor and the address isn’t the address that’s on here.

I didn’t like that on booking it shows something completely different than what it really looks like. I also didn’t like that the address wasn’t correct so I drove for 15 minutes trying to find it and the person act like they didn’t want to give me the address. I booked a four day birthday trip. When arriving I was told that my room was getting cleaned and would be ready by 6. I arrived at 7 and the cleaners were still cleaning in the room. No beds were made the dishes was in the sink. Then there was a hospital bed in one of the rooms. So I spoke with the person who was in charge of my stay and he said he had another apartment on another floor that I can get of I like it. So I went to check it out and it was clean. The only down fall with that one was I had to leave on my birthday so I only stayed 2 nights. I was refunded my money back which came later Saturday but my bday which was Saturday ruined. I lived 2 hours and 46 minutes away and had to travel back home because of this.

Location to work. Price compared to hotels.....cant be beat. And u feel more comfortable.
