the location is very near to Suria Sabah and the same area with other big mall and there's shop available in the same building also, and the room is clean, comfortable and the price is affordable. have a good parking space.

Since I visited during fasting month, there's no breakfast provided or I didn't take breakfast. Clean and fast respond host. The security was nice. The lift is very convenient and no long wait. The location is very awesome. The instruction to get keys are clear and accurate.

Room seem like it was rarely use encounter the smell of dust in the room. It would be better to provide a microwave with light cooking facilities. Lighting - should have a dim light, too bright light. the location to collect the property key on arrival is too far as need to go the highest floor and then going down to park your vehicle. (suggestion: the location to collect the property key should be at Ground Flr or appointed a staff to pass the parking access card during arrival) since there's no parking slot provided for short-time to collect the key. If you going alone, you need to left your vehicle near the entrance or maybe you can look for a parking (if available).

since it is an apartment, it is nice if there is a washer provided but it is still worth it

Water heater & tv not working. Some bed is not very comfortable. There is broken furniture.
