Luxury 3 Bedroom House

Well equipped, plenty of space,. Much larger than it might appear on the photos, Very comfortable bed. Lounge was comfortable and cosy.

Parking is tricky (nature of the road its on) Little hard in the dark, would benefit from an outside light for the key safe. Would benefit from some small details, better towels, some basic condiments (salt pepper, coffee / tea) and fixing a few items, main light not working in lounge. However nothing that major in the great scheme of things for the type of property.

The neighbour has a dog that barked incessantly during the day - the host did try and resolve but in our short stay it was still an issue. The host was great about it and did try and resolve but I wish we had been aware as we were staying for nightshift work and needed sleep. No issue whatsoever of an evening.

Great space for 3 couples plenty of seating around dining table and sofa in lounge. Quick replies and responses from owners rectified requests super fast with courtesy and kindness.

I dont feel you can market the property as luxury… for example.. crockery glasses and cutlery nothing matched and there was a significant shortage for 6 people to stay. Bedding was basic and towels were thin and seen better days. Blinds in windows didn’t meet therefore light came through at the crack of Dawn. Plug sockets hanging off… tap washers needed replacing do upstairs sink tap didn’t work… generally lacked the finesse you would be expecting more a stay in a luxury house.

Great instructions to get into the property. House was comfy and clean. The owner was really quick to respond to communications. Thank you.

Comfortable beds and sofa in the lounge. Just about able to park my van on the drive way. Had most of the basics we needed for cooking. Wifi was good. Easy access with a lockbox.

Bit disappointed with the shower as the head is set very low (good if you are 2 and a half feet tall!), and had to kneel to get under it. Kitchen cupboards were a little grubby as were some of the pans and the kettle (I had to clean the kettle and a pan before using). Could have done with a set of sharp knives; two small one provided and one of them was broken. kitchen, toilet, front and back door around handles were dirty. kitchen generally needs a bit of TLC.
