"Great location for Balloon Festival"

The whole house was very clean. The beds comfortable. Nice selection of streaming on TV. Hot tub was nice & hot. All the appliances were new. Heating/cooling/ceiling fans all excellent.

No hand rails front & back steps. Need more forks,spoons & knifes without the point on the end. (blocks the sprayer in dishwasher) Mirror, in side bathroom, could be higher. Had to bend over to see myself shave lol. Alot of traffic noise heard in the bedrooms.

Clean, functional and stylishly furnished apartment. Jon, the host, is friendly and makes every effort to ensure that you are happy. He makes small repairs immediately.

The house is located in a rather poor residential area.
