Cơ sở vật chất chưa tốt - chăn mỏng, 4 gối 1 cái bị xẹp - ổ điện không tiện dụng, không bắt ở đầu giường mà bắt ở ngoài không tiện để sạc phụ kiện, 4 ổ cắm mà chỉ cắm được 2, 2 cái không có điện - tay nắm cửa nhà VS rỉ sét - không có tủ lạnh hay nước đóng chai sẵn như những chỗ khác

There was hot water.

Our experience at 5H Homestay was extremely disappointing. We arrived early after an overnight bus journey and were denied early check-in, which is understandable, but they also refused to let us refill our water bottles at their available water fountain, showing no hospitality whatsoever. When we finally checked in at 11 am, the room did not match the description. It lacked the promised balcony and kettle. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, they simply smiled and told us we could leave if we didn’t like it. After a tiring journey and my partner feeling unwell, we had no choice but to stay.

Highly Recommended Stay We had a fantastic experience at 5H Hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay from start to finish. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered great value for the price. Convenient location and excellent service make this a top choice. Would definitely stay here again!

Unable to comment on facilities. The only positive was that they found me a decent alternative place to stay nearby.

I phoned the Homestay to check directions but got cut off. I tried several more times but nobody answered the phone. When I found the place it turned out the room was double booked, because the receptionist hadn't checked her emails. This, even though I had received a booking confirmation.
