The staff was really nice and kind. I could go rainbow street or Citadel by taxi for max 2 dinars. This hotel was located in an quiet place so that there wasn't noise.

The room was toooo cold and the air conditioner didn't work well, so the staff came to fix it. He opened it and I saw the filter with sooooo many dirts (I think they had never cleaned the filter before)

The receptionist (manager?) was really friendly and helpful when I checked in. It’s a small quiet hotel, but a close enough car ride to most places. I stayed for 2 nights and it was good enough.

I found random hair in the bathroom and bedding. The toilet was not clean when I checked in. The shower temperature and pressure was god awful. The walls were dirty and the facilities in general are super dated.

Room was huge with separate lounge, bedroom and balcony. Two aircon units in the room. Blackout curtains were helpful. Great view over Amman. Location was good, few pubs and restaurants nearby and about 15-20min walk to Rainbow Street. Breakfast was good with a few choices. Staff were very lovely and available when you needed. Great to be able to sit and have a tea or coffee after we'd checked out while waiting for our cab.

Water temperature in the shower was difficult to manage. Other than that, everything was great.
