Apartment Tulipani 9 – Tremezzina

Emplacement top 👍 appartement très bien entretenu et équipé pour 6 personnes, proche de tout . Tour est prévu pour passer de très bonnes vacances

Le canapé lit est moyennement confortable, il mériterait d’être changé

Location was perfect, very picturesque, good access to local ferry routes, local shops and bars were all lovely. The apartment was well stocked with amenities and very clean. Big fan of the showers as pressure and temp both excellent, also enjoyed having small supply bags for bathroom and kitchen provided which saved us a trip to supermarket for washing up liquid etc. Plenty of towels were provided and we had everything we needed for the entire week. Hosts checked in on us on one of the first nights which was appreciated and was very friendly and personable.

Could have done with a spare pillow but honestly not even a real criticism, had the best time regardless.

This is a very pleasant and modern apartment with the sleeping accommodation in the roof space. Spacious balcony with good views over the lake. Clean and reasonably well equipped throughout. Location really good with only a few minutes drive to local restaurants and bars. Pretty good value for money.

Not very well maintained or checked by the housekeeper prior to our arrival. When we arrived the curtains were hanging off the rails and the Wi-Fi password didn’t work (we later found out that the Wi-Fi code provided in the information pack on the coffee table was out of date, but the one provided by the host was correct). Arrival is always by collecting keys from a secure key box at the property but yet an additional charge of EUR 30 is applied for arrivals after 20:00. We were disappointed with this since there is no additional effort on the part of the host to accommodate an arrival after 20:00, and we had to change all our plans around to get there before 20:00.

Nice and clean new property

On the last day, the power tripped at 1 a.m., and no one attended to it till 8 am . We roasted all night, and medicines for a guest got ruined. Rather than apologise or refund the last nights, the owners rep said, " They too have a life." They shouldn't be in hospitality with this attitude. The technician said you can't use the washing machine and dishwasher at the same time. I've never heard such an absurd explanation. Maybe they need to put a note for next guests to tell them the location of fuses or that equipment can't be used simultaneously.
