"Broken beds in our room air conditioner didn’t work and they wrongly kept my deposit"

We didn’t get any breakfast I didn’t see where they had any to offer

The staff was awful they wrongly kept my deposit and my son had a slip and fall no wet floor signs were put out until after he fell and the woman at front desk didn’t even ask if he was ok she was extremely rude to us the whole day
