Propreté à l'arrivée et de manière general (tapis ancien rempli de saletés, accessoires SDB rouillés)Pas de parasols ni chaises autour de la piscine + Interdiction de jouets ou bouées. Pas de siphon dans l'évier de la cuisine donc odeur horrible.

The checking is to late at 4:00pm and the apartment was not ready on arrival, it was dirty, beds were not clean and I did have to contact the host, who asked me to wait as they were not aware about the reasons for the apartment not being ready… at 4pm with two kids is not what you needed, the cleaners finally arrived and by the time it was ready was almost 7:00 pm 😩😩 They said I will get a refund for the hours I was waiting, it was refunded to a booking.com agent but the money never reached my account!
ILThe apartment was fully equipped for all our needs. Was very clean, location is quiet good.
