Helpfull host, good location to explore downtown Arezzo. Nice restructured old building.

The location was great and very central to restaurants and shopping. Easy checkin process and love that it was keyless. Room was spotless. Rita was very helpful with information and any questions we had.

We only stayed for one night. Room was large and clean and the air condition was well functioning. Newly renovated bathroom. Nicely furnished. Host was easy to communicate with.

The host was nice and helpful with the information. The location is perfect right in the middle. I heard some noises down the street at night but it did not bother me that much. The room is really new and super clean.

with a convenient and central location, this apartment is simple yet elegant, modern with an immaculate attention to design and detail. extremely comfortable and well-appointed. we could not have been happier. rita (the host) was fantastic and made excellent recommendations for a driver, restaurants and shopping. our only complaint was we couldn't stay longer!

Lovely modern apartment in a perfect central location. Everything was nice quality and the bathroom was spacious and felt very new. It's a small space and probably not the type of apartment I'd choose for a longer stay as I'd prefer more space/facilties, but it was perfect for a short trip when you're out and about but want somewhere nice to come back to.

Location location location!! 9 minute walk from the train station. I contacted Rita late in the morning about availability and three hours later she made it possible for me to check in. The exterior door and the door to the apartment used the same code (keyless entry). I don’t know how old the renovation is, but it was as though I was the first occupant. I’m considering returning next Christmas and staying a week!
