amazing property and amazing hosts they really do got above and beyond. Even provided bowls beds and treats for my dog (never had this before when staying anywhere else). Will 100% be returning!!

"A stylish little oasis for us and the dogs"

Quiet location - not overlooked - but also close to the seafront and shops. Small, well-equipped and comfortable - and dog friendly, which was a non-negotiable.

"Amazing"

The studio was tastefully designed with everything you need. The hosts were amazing and thought of everything. Even down to charger cables in the bedside drawer. Jill made buns and brought us a bottle of wine for my husbands birthday and a card which was so thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing. Would recommend The Studio to anyone. It's a nice walk to the pier which took us about 40 minutes. There are buses and there is the train if you walk to the Signal Box pub, which is good also. There were bathrobes to use, Hairdryer, iron etc, everything is so thought out. The garden is amazing and lovely to sit out at night.

"Superb"

The studio was like a home from home, everything you need and more. The outside space is great, my little dog loved it and it's all fenced off super secure. The hosts were really great I arrived late and they'd made me a sandwich for when I got there and put some milk in the fridge super nice 😀 There was a dog bed and bowls and treats too, honestly a really really great little place to stay. Oh the shower is also amazing, it's all very well done.

Nothing to do with the studio, I kept getting lost walking around but that's just me I suppose 😊

"The Studio"

A very comfortable, well equipped studio. Private and secure. The hosts could not have been more helpful or more friendly. Perfect base for exploring the Lincolnshire coast line and beauty spots. Would highly recommend this super little space to stay.
