The staff was very sweet and fulfilled every request. The food was excellent, and the room was very clean and hygienic.

Everything was very good, but if there were a different type of seating arrangement on the balcony instead of chairs, it would be more comfortable to sit there.

I loved the room. It was pure bliss. Such a comfy and Cozy room it was with gorgeous views. The bed had a heating pad and we had a fireplace to keep us warm with jacuzzi inside the room.

The locality where the property is situated is not that beautiful. It doesn't give any luxurious vibes though we paid ₹13-14k, I just felt that they could have reduced the pricing of the place. In Kiana's you are paying just for the room due to jacuzzi, nothing else. Everything else was basic about the stay.

The homestay is advertised as ‘luxury’, but is passable at best. We stayed in a room called ‘Nest’. You need to climb down four flights of narrow iron stairs to reach the room. Please avoid it at all costs. Completely fleeced. The property charges 5-star rates for below-average amenities. Food isn’t included in the stay (not even breakfast). The room is tiny and needs thorough cleaning. The jacuzzi in the room is a horrible idea. If you run it for 10 minutes, expect the floors to be soaking wet. While booking the place here, you will be told that you can pay at the property. However, the owners will ask you on WhatsApp for half the payment before you reach the property; and the other half the moment you set foot there. Before you even see the rooms! Smart, considering the condition of the rooms. There are many good places to stay around the area; at one-fourth the price. Avoid this one. We were scammed. Would never visit again.

Great service & great views from the balcony. Location off-beat but very manageable distance from most tourist spots.
