Joy's house

Notre hôte Francesca était adorable. Très accueillante et attentionné. Nous avons même eu un petit cadeaux en partant. L’appartement est top rien à dire. Il y a absolument tout les équipements et le plus important tout était propre à notre arrivée. Il est très fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé aussi, à 5 min de la piazza Borsellino pour prendre le bus et aller à la plage (15min de bus) à 3 min du Duomo et de la rue Etna. En vu des commentaires lorsque nous avons réservé, nous nous attendions a beaucoup de bruit la nuit. Mais c’est absolument pas le cas. Certes l’appartement se situe en plein de la place des pubs mais les fenêtres donne sur une autres rue et la musique s’arrête à minuit. Je conseille totalement ce logement, j’y reviendrais avec grand plaisir.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est central et pas très bruyant et francesca fait tout pour que vous ne vous souciez de rien. L’appartement est bien équipé et super fonctionnel.

Lovely, kind, host, who was very welcoming and helpful. This good value traditional style apartment had a well loved, homely feel to it and had all we needed for a comfortable 2 night stay. Ideal location being within walking distance to the main sites, the Cathedral and main shopping streets. Being above bars and restaurants it was a little noisy until about midnight then quiet afterwards, so if you are an early light sleeper I recommend you take some ear plugs. Having a washing machine was a bonus.

We had problems connecting to the Wifi, as the password notice (on the back of the property main door) was not written clearly. It had been over written several times making some letters unclear. I suggest that the notice needs to be replaced.

An amazing, genuine, central apartment. Francesca was a lovely host, checking in and out was quick and simple. Easy walking distance to many attractions and countless restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep.

Well equipped apartment in a convenient location for the centre of Catania. Old style apartment with older kitchen and bathroom but all functions. Located above bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk from the main piazza and cathedral so convenient location to explore the city. Host was communicative. Good price for location.

Nothing really, it is an older style apartment with a lot of noise from below but this didn't bother us.

It was a delight to meet Joy. She was a very welcoming & professional host. She made sure we had everything we needed. At check out Joy came with her nephew to carry our bags downstairs. The apartment is in the vibrant centre of street restaurants & bars. The perfect location to experience Catania.

The host Francesca was a lovely lady. She met us with the keys and showed us around the spacious older apartment. It was a comfortable five nights stay. The location was ideal; near the iconic Fish Market and the Duomo. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Mrs. Francesca was an excellent host, very warm, nice and helpful with everything we needed, full of good energy. Perfect location, very good confort. We had the most pleasant time during our stay. Our heartfelt thanks to Mrs. Francesca!
