I love the thought and design that’s gone into this property. It’s like an executive retreat but also caters for young people. There is everything you could possibly want from a hot tub through to table tennis with the most magnificent room and balcony we have stayed in in Italy! We loved our welcome from Luna (the dog) and the property is perfect for a couple or a family who want the children to be able to stretch their legs and play safely. Nestled in the quiet countryside but near enough to be in the beachside town of Cervia in minutes. Our host provided six fantastic restaurant recommendations and we chose Il Moro, Located in Cervia, typical Romagnola cuisine Via Pinarella, 115, 48015 Cervia - stunning food and ridiculously cheap. The room had every amenity you could need, power bank, microwave, fridge, coffee maker etc and the bed was THE BEST we have slept on. Sat on the balcony and had the most peaceful and relaxing breakfast in the morning sun.

It’s not a dislike but more of a warning to let the host know if you can’t do a narrow spiral staircase for the balcony room. No big bags are getting up there either. Because the compound is safe behind an automatic gate we just left the bags in the car and carried up what we needed for the night.

A very nice property, room is nice decorated and designed, comfortable, cozy and good size. Very peaceful area and calm, you need your car or bicycle to go out Breakfast is not served, but everything available you need for. Great service from landlord

Arriving at the location realizing the place it self looks so much better! Calming surroundings, everything absolutely beautiful! Perfectly maintained, breathtaking outdoor area (our 8 year old had the time of his life!! Football,trampoline…) Maia left in the room everything we might need for breakfast(juice, milk, Coffee capsules , tea, snacks, bread, cheese, ham, yogurt ,a delicious pie… ) and also had the best advices on places to eat! Maia you are an excellent host, your son Gabriel such a good boy and Luna the friendliest dog… bottom line - big WOW !!! Thank you ❤️

I visited Italy with my husband and 3 years old son. The house is in a great place. Everything was as like in the photos, clean, comfortable and really nice. The design was amazing. My son really liked to play outside in the garden.

It is a very quiet place, the apt. is well equiped with everything you need. Maia, the owner, is always ready to help. We would love to come again and surely can recommend this nice apartment.

The property is beautiful, furnished with great taste, the outdoor area is beautiful with lots of different sitting areas. The welcoming was perfect and the breakfast options had everything you needed (sweet & salty), very friendly staff and flexible with check in timings. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place in the countryside.
